Make a one-time bank account payment with ACI Speedpay*, either by phone or online. Service fees may apply per transaction.

- Guest Payment (Need Account Number and ZIP Code - No Login)
- Pay by Phone (Automated Phone System)
To avoid service fees, consider enrolling in AutoPay Bank Account or AutoPay Credit Card Programs.
Important Notes
- It may take 1-3 business days for funds to be deducted from your bank account.
- To avoid bank overdrawn charges, please make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to satisfy your payment authorization.
- Your FirstEnergy utility company is not responsible for bank overdraft fees.
You may not be able to pay your bill using the One-Time Bank Account Payment for one or more of the following reasons.
- Your bill is over 30 days past due
- Your account is in disconnect status
- Your account is identified as a "cash only" account
- Your detailed (individual) account is part of a collective billing account
*The company, ACI Worldwide, is the third-party vendor with whom FirstEnergy Service Company has contracted on behalf of your utility company to provide you with the One-Time Bank Account Payment option.
