Report a Streetlight or Outdoor Area Light Problem
If an outdoor light presents a hazardous situation – like broken glass, danger of falling or exposed wires – do not complete this form. Call 1-888-LIGHTSS (1-888-544-4877) immediately.
We encourage you to help keep our community well-lit and safe by reporting streetlight or outdoor area light outages. Your help can make a big difference!

Report a Tree Problem
Call 911 immediately if you see a downed power line. Stay at least 30 feet away and instruct others to do the same. Learn More About Downed Power Line Safety
If you believe a tree is growing too close to our power lines, we can assess the situation and determine if the tree needs attention before the next scheduled trimming. This form can also be used to report an issue related to recently completed tree work.
