EDI System Change Notice

Attention: All FE Trading Partners and EDI Providers

What Is happening?

FirstEnergy will be migrating to a new EDI system.

When?

11/09/2023 – 02/02/2024

How will I be affected?

Each trading partner will need to update the connection information used to exchange EDI transactions with FirstEnergy. At a minimum, the URL to our system will need to be updated. It is our goal to keep the existing PGP keys and credentials to make this transition as smooth as possible, however, this is subject to change.

We will contact you to provide a schedule for your migration(s). The number of partnerships you have with us will be considered when scheduling your migration(s).

EDI Testing

As part of registration with Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland, to participate in Customer Choice, you are required to complete EDI testing. To schedule testing for your organization or for any other inquiries, please contact Supplier Services or call 330-761-4348.
