This site is only available to third-party electric generation suppliers who are registered in Potomac Edison in Maryland to access customers bills after the April 2012 billing period. To receive bills prior to the April 2012 billing period, please contact Supplier Services. 

To gain access to the bills, please enter your User ID and Password. If you do not have a User ID and Password, please complete the Request New User ID and Password Form, provide the information requested, a copy of your Maryland PSC license, and fax the completed form to 330-315-8664 or attach it to the contact Supplier Services form.

Effective 10/25 user passwords were reset. You will need to enter your Login and Password (Login and Password will be your current username for this initial login).
