Transfer Service
During the move-in process online, you will be prompted to move out prior to starting new service. You can also call our Contact Center for assistance.
Please call at least three days in advance (two days in New Jersey) to schedule your service transfer and have the following information ready when you either complete the forms online or if you call.
Move Out (Stop Service)
- Account number
- Service address
- Contact phone number
- Move-out date (date service should be turned off)
- Mailing address
Move In (Start Service)
- Name of account holder
- Service address
- Primary phone number
- Alternate phone number
- Mailing address
- Move-in date (date service should begin)
- Meter number or current occupant's name (optional)
