Attention New Jersey Customers
The Old Bridge Payment Center in New Jersey, located at 1345 Englishtown Road, will be temporarily closed effective April 1, 2026. The center will be closed for approximately 6-8 weeks for emergency repairs.

For your convenience, FirstEnergy has contracted with various establishments in each of our service areas to make paying your electric bill more convenient. Customers may make their payments, for a service fee per transaction, at any authorized payment agent location. Fees may vary by individual location.
