Sammis-Star 345 kV Transmission Line and Sammis-Wellsville 345 kV Transmission Line Structure Replacement Project, Case No. 23-0872-EL-BNR 

In this Project, ATSI proposes to replace one (1) existing structure on the Sammis-Star 345 kV Transmission Line and one existing structure on the Sammis-Wellsville 345 kV Transmission Line. The two (2) existing structures are adjacent to each other located in an existing transmission line corridor.  The existing steel lattice structures will be replaced with steel 345 kV H-frame structures on concrete foundations. The new structures are needed to mitigate a conductor-to-conductor clearance issue with the double circuit Dobbins–Toronto 138 kV, and Sammis–Toronto 138 kV transmission lines crossing underneath. This project is located in the Saline Township, Jefferson County, Ohio.
