Sammis - South Canton 345 kV Transmission Line Structure Replacement Project, OPSB Case No. 23-0951-EL-BNR 

In this Project, American Transmission Systems, Incorporated (“ATSI”), a FirstEnergy company, is proposing to replace one (1) existing steel lattice structure on the Sammis-South Canton 345 kV Transmission Line with two (2) H-frame steel monopole structures on concrete foundations. The two H-frame structures will be replaced on either side of the existing structure to allow for the existing structure to be removed from an area of an eroding stream that has exposed the structure’s foundation. This project is located in Sandy Township, Stark County, Ohio.
