In this Project, ATSI is proposing to convert the existing Wentworth 138 kV Substation into a five (5) breaker (future 6-breaker) ring bus to eliminate the existing Angola-Eber-Vulcan three-terminal line configuration. The existing square footage of Wentworth Substation will expand by 58% to facilitate the installation of new equipment. This project will also involve rehabilitating approximately 9.7 miles of existing transmission line, rebuilding approximately 0.6 miles of existing transmission line, and the construction of approximately 1.1 miles of new transmission line. The Project is located in Springfield Township, the Village of Holland, and the City of Toledo in Lucas County, Ohio.
