Amendment to the Wood County 138 kV Reinforcement Project, OPSB Case No. 23-0844-EL-BTA

In this Project, ATSI is proposing two engineering shifts to the approved Project route—neither of which is expected to result in impacts greater than those covered by ATSI’s Certificate for this Project—and has thus filed an application pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code Rule 4906-3-11(B) to amend the Certificate (“Amendment Application”) that is now pending before the Board in Case No. 23-0844-EL-BTA.  The Amendment Application covers portions of the Project in Middleton and Plain Townships, Wood County, Ohio.
