Niles-Niles Central 138 kV Transmission Line Switch Replacement Project (OPSB Case No. 25-0034-EL-BNR)

In this Project, ATSI proposes to replace two existing switches on the existing Niles-Niles Central 138 kV Transmission Line. The existing switches, Nos. A-296 and A-9030, and the respective wood pole switch structures (Str. Nos. 7400 and 7350) will be replaced with new, single- circuit steel monopole switch structures on concrete foundations. Switch No. A-296 (Str. 7400) is shifting 44’ to the south along the centerline, and Switch No. A-9030 (Str. 7350) is shifting 15’ to the east along the centerline. The Project is in the city of Niles, Trumbull County, Ohio.
