Interest on Customer Deposits
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has determined that, for the twelve-month period beginning January 1, 2024, the simple interest rate of 5.06 percent shall be applied to customer deposits received or held by New Jersey public utilities pursuant to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 14:3-3.5.
