ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager® 

JCP&L has developed a benchmarking tool that enables building owners to request whole building aggregate data for commercial buildings over 25,000 square feet.

If there are fewer than four tenants in a particular building or if one tenant exceeds 50% of the energy consumption in a given building, then the building owner shall request each tenant's written consent to allow JCP&L to provide energy data to the building owner or portfolio manager.
