AutoPay Bank Account

With our AutoPay Bank Account Program, your bill payment is deducted automatically from your bank account on the due date listed on your electric bill - you know your electric bill is paid on time and without having to worry about writing a check, buying a stamp, or losing your payment in the mail. You can enroll, update or cancel your AutoPay Bank Account by clicking on the button below.

Important Notes

 
  • This service is currently free, but please check with your bank regarding any fees that your bank might charge for online transactions.
  • Please review the Direct Debit (AutoPay Bank Account)Terms & Conditions
  • You will still need to pay your current amount due by the due date using another payment method until you see "Checkless Customer (Bill Amount) will be deducted on your account (Date) - DO NOT PAY" on the payment statement.
  • Once enrolled, the AutoPay Bank Account Program will begin with the first bill rendered in your billing cycle.
  • You will still receive your monthly bill - either via eBill Electronic Billing that comes in your email for paperless customers, or by postal mail - before the statement due date, so that you know the amount being deducted from your account.
  • You can enroll, update or cancel AutoPay Bank Account online or by calling the Customer Care Center.
  • You can manage your bank accounts online on Manage My Account under the Billing & Payment Information section.
