Not Registered for an Online Account?

You must register your electric account online to participate in the eBill program.   

While registering for an online account, you will be asked if you would like to receive your bills electronically.  Check the box acknowledging that you understand that you will no longer receive paper bills in the mail and that you have reviewed and accept the Terms and Conditions.

After successful registration, you will receive an email confirmation and obtain access to your online account.  Then, each month, you will receive an email from ElectronicOnline@FirstEnergyCorp.com when your statement is available to view and pay online.

How to Cancel eBill

You will need to sign in to your online account.  Click here to cancel your enrollment in the eBill program.  Simply verify that you want to be removed from the eBill program by clicking "Yes."  We will send you a confirmation email when your eBill enrollment has been cancelled. You will begin receiving paper bills through the postal mail starting with your next billing cycle.
