The remedial action reports (RARs) for the various phases of JCP&L’s investigations were developed based on the particular phase(s) of investigation and the particular Parcel(s) (or portions), and other properties, then addressed.  RARs were not developed for each individual Parcel or property.  The environmental summaries provided above for each Parcel list the date of the RAR(s) that includes details for that specific Parcel(s).  The RARs that have been submitted to NJDEP are listed below:
